I didn't get to fix it yesterday when I got into San Francisco either because I ended up going to Maker Faire and then hung out at a bar with all the Hackaday people. I met the guy who invented sudo and figured out I have the same watch as Mike Szczys.
Anyways, I've fixed voicecommand to work again and I fixed a couple of small bugs, including one in the install script which didn't copy the voicecommand config properly.
To get the fix, just run the update script (or reinstall if you are having config file issues).
I detailed how to update here:

Here's a picture from Maker Faire for your trouble!
Im testing this an after install i get: voicecommand: error while loading shared libraries: libboost_regex.so.1.49.0
ReplyDeleteHi Steven
ReplyDeleteFirst of all many thanks for the wonderful blog posts. I tried installing the voicecommand for the first time and followed the instructions on this blog. It is giving me the following error:
voicecommand: /usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/libcurl.so.4: version 'CURL_OPENSSL_3' not found (required by voicecommand)
I was planning to try it out with MagicMirror modules. I am new to raspberry pi but i am loving it. :)
Can you please help me with this.
I appreciate your time and look forward for your reply.
Regards
Rickey
